Using Applocale
This method will probably work for you instead of switching to japanese mode. You will have to use it when you are installing and every time you play the game.

bonjours, j’avais le même problème. Click sur démarré allé à linguistique et métez-le en japonais avant d’installer le jeu. Croyez-moi il n’y a pas plus simple.Le jeu démarre à l’instant. Je tiens aussi à vous dire merci pour les jeux et de votre travail de prof et je confirme que les jeux sont gratuit et sans aucun crédit.Sur-ce je vous souhaite une bonne continuation à toute l’équipe.
I do not see the option of Japanese :S
i recommend switching to japanese mode. also, why would the word for “Japanese” be in English if you are going to switch to japanese because you only understand japanese?
try switching to Japanese mode but nothing happened
then you are not doing it right
Went attempting to install an error pops up during explaining: “There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.”

I’m having the same issue. I hate to admit it but I never done any of the translating things before. I am curious what you mean by switching to Japanese mode?
