Self Help Checklist

Here is a self help checklist.

Please go through this checklist before posting a support question.

Did you read the NFO file included with all game releases? Open NFO files with notepad or wordpad.

Did you try switching to Japanese Mode ( this usually solves 99% of problems )

Did you try using Applocale?

Do you have the latest sound card drivers?

Do you have the latest video card drivers

Do you have the latest DirectX

Did you try changing the compatibility of the games .exe to another OS?

If you are unsure if you have the latest drivers, then you should get them anyway.
